Portelli Cerasuolo di Vittoria Sicily Frappato 2015

This 100% Frappato comes from 30 year old vines planted on chalky-clay soils. The grapes are fermented and subsequently matured in stainless steel. Bright ruby in color the wine emits a fragrant bouquet of red berries and flowers. On the palate, this Frappato is light and fresh with vibrant acidity and soft tannins. Enjoy with tuna, swordfish and pizza.
