From the Côte Rôtie, Domaine Yves et Mathilde Gangloff produces Syrah from 2.4 hectares (six acres) of vineyard land at the Lieux-dits, Combard, Mollard and Rozier. These cooler sites, located in the Côte Blonde and Côte Brune, are situated primarily on steep hillsides and are composed of gneiss, granite and mica schist soils.
