The wine has a fine bouquet with notes of white flesh fruit, tropical fruit, citrus, white flowers, and mineral nuances of flint. On the palate it is dry, quite soft, fresh, and tasty! Perfect with appetizers and fish, it is also very enjoyable with white meat.
The IX Miglio is named after the location of its vineyard, at the IX mile of the ancient Appian Way. It has an ancient and fascinating history: the wine that the Romans used to drink, it was formerly called Albanum, as it was produced in the area of the Alban Hills that rise around Rome. Thanks to the exposure of the vineyard to the sea, the wine presents iodized nuances, made more complex by the volcanic richness in the soil.
IX Miglio Bianco is a delicate and pleasant wine, tasty and full, that has inherited from history the role of traditional companion of Roman cuisine.
