Pueblo Viejo, Tequila Blanco de Agave Azul 1L

Tequila Pueblo Viejo is produced at San Matias, one of the oldest distilleries in Jalisco, Mexico. The blanco is made from 100% agave grown in the Highlands (Los Altos). This blanco is the distillery's flagship, bottled unaged straight from the still.

A clear and bright tequila with a bluish tinge. As a result of the slow cooking of the agave, it has an aroma of green apple, fruits and citrus notes. The taste is smooth and herbal, with fine citric touches.
